WELFARE OFFICER

This office has a Welfare Section headed by a Welfare Officer, assisted by a Welfare Assistant and two Senior Accountants. The general welfare of the employees is taken care of by this section. 

 The welfare Section deals with the medical needs of the employees of this office by helping them in securing admission to proper places of treatment, issue of prior permission or getting permission for hospital admission etc, including post facto permissions in emergent cases.

The Welfare Section also runs a Departmental Canteen catering to the needs of staff members of both Audit and Accounts offices in old and new buildings by providing breakfast and lunch.

A well maintained Library is run by the Welfare Secretariat for purchase of Government Publications, Computer books etc needed for the training of staff and those required for day to day official work.

Our Welfare Section has also provided this office with a Child Care Centre for the benefit of our employees. 

Apart from these, the Welfare Section plays a vital role in Co-coordinating with our Recreation Club for conducting IA&AD tournaments. 

The Section also as far as possible helps employees to secure admission for the wards of newly transferred officers.

INSPECTION QUARTERS

     The Inspection Quarters which was earlier located on the 2nd floor in the main building of this office, is temporarily occupied by the Principal Director of Audit (Central). This is being relocated in a smaller room in the ground floor named as Kabini on a make shift basis.

AGORC RANGA MANDIRA  

    The newly refurbished RANGA MANDIRA, sponsored by the AGOECB was inaugurated by The Dy. CAG (C R A & Accounts) Shri J.N Gupta on 11th June 2012.
